The University of Regina Distance Education Wiki (or UR-DistanceEd)

The University of Regina is interested in determining the best possible future landscape and pathway for Distance Education. A Distance Education Task Force has been struck and its mandate will be to explore, examine, discuss and recommend to senior administration the best practices for DE at the University of Regina.

Please read the overview document as it contains a summary of the areas of focus of this task force.

Please also visit the resources page as we have posted a few documents that may be of interest to this group. You can of course add documents of your own and/or links to documents.

We will try to keep track of the progress of this task force by using this wiki. We have created a private wiki for members only. It is private only for editing/changing purposes. Only members have editing privileges. Only members can participate in discussions on this wiki. That means that you will need to access the wiki and join it by using a username and password. I will act as 'gatekeeper' and only grant permission to people who are part of this group. Note, however, that this wiki is public and can be read by anyone who may come across it.
